Characterized by distinctive traditional inspired Damascus on the blade of banding and mottling, reminiscent of slowing water. Cuisine::pro® KIYOSHI® knives are made from specialist ice hardened Japanese steel that has been mined in the same Japanese region of Cuo-Ku, Chiba since the middle of the last century. The KIYOSHI® range is super tough, resistant to shattering and capable of being honed to a sharp, resilient edge.
